My name is Kimberley Kulp and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Women’s Fitness and Nutrition. Welcome to my page!  This is a safe place for everyone, regardless of your size, shape, and current fitness levels.

My goal is to create a program that is right for each individual based on your current abilities, daily life, health and wellness goals.  Your individual goals, physical abilities, fitness level and medical history variables that go into the program design. I develop workout plans that will fit with your individual lifestyle and schedule. I regularly monitor and evaluate the progress in order to make the necessary modifications or adjustments for continual progress, so you do not get burnt out mentally or physically. If your goals are for injury prevention, weight loss, to increase athletic performance, or balance and flexibility and improving daily function, I will design the personalized program for you in order to safely and effectively achieve these goals.  Enjoying the program is key for motivation to continue training and long-term results. I am committed to ongoing continual education in order to stay current on the best sources of external evidence-based research prioritizing your values and expectations.
